   We listen. You tell us your vision, budget, and timeline. No pressure—we're here to understand what you want and give you a straight answer.

   Site visit & scope

   We come to you, measure, and outline what's possible. We'll discuss options and answer any questions so you know what to expect.

   Estimate & design

   You get a clear estimate and, for larger projects, design or plans. Everything is spelled out so there are no surprises later.

   Contract & schedule

   We agree on scope, timeline, and payment. We handle permits and inspections. You'll know exactly when we start and when we finish.

   Build

   Our team shows up and does the work. You'll have a single point of contact and updates at every stage.

   Walkthrough & warranty

   We do a final walkthrough with you and make sure you're happy. We'll explain your warranty so you're covered.
