Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the website and services of Global Modern Home Builders ("we," "our," or "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or provide your contact information for communications.

Services

We provide home building, remodeling, and related construction services in the Tampa Bay area. Project scope, pricing, and timelines are set out in separate agreements or estimates. These Terms govern your use of our website and your consent to receive electronic communications from us.

SMS, Text Messaging & Email (A2P Compliance)

By providing your mobile number and/or email address to us (including via our contact form, phone, or in person), you expressly consent to receive recurring automated and non-automated text messages (SMS/MMS) and/or emails from Global Modern Home Builders and our service providers.

Types of Messages

We may send you:

  • Appointment confirmations and reminders
  • Project updates and scheduling
  • Estimates and follow-up communications
  • Promotional offers, news, and marketing (where you have opted in)
  • Customer service and support replies

Message Frequency

Message frequency varies. You may receive multiple messages per month depending on your project status and preferences.

Message and Data Rates

Standard message and data rates may apply. Charges are determined by your wireless carrier. We do not charge for sending messages, but your carrier may.

How to Opt Out (Unsubscribe)

You may opt out of text messages at any time by:

  • Replying STOP to any SMS from us
  • Replying UNSUBSCRIBE to any SMS from us
  • Emailing us at info@gmh-builders.com with your phone number and a request to opt out

After you opt out, you may receive a final confirmation message. For emails, use the unsubscribe link in any marketing email or contact us to be removed.

Supported Carriers & Delivery

Our SMS program is delivered via a third-party platform. Delivery is not guaranteed. We are not liable for delayed or failed delivery of messages. Not all carriers support short-code or long-code messaging; compatibility depends on your carrier and device.

Consent

You are not required to consent to marketing messages as a condition of purchasing any goods or services. You may revoke consent at any time as described above. Consent to receive transactional messages (e.g., appointment reminders) may be necessary to manage your project; opting out of all messages may limit our ability to send such updates.

User Obligations

You agree to provide accurate information, use our website and communications only for lawful purposes, and not to impersonate others or interfere with our systems. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any account or project information we provide.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or services, including but not limited to failure or delay of SMS/email delivery. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us for the relevant service, if any.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Florida.

Continued use of our website or communications after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
